Before We Get Started...

This tool will assist you in identifying treatment facilities that may be best suited to your needs or those of a loved one seeking treatment. Our intent is to save precious time in what could be a crisis. By asking a few important questions about the person seeking treatment, the locator will filter out facilities that that will not accept a particular set of characteristics, and prioritize facilities that are best suited to the person. Please note that we ask no questions that could put a person's privacy at risk, and we are not driven by any commercial interest in the filtering process.

The facilities that are filtered in could include inpatient, outpatient, and intensive outpatient programs. Note that you can navigate back and forth -- changing your answer to a question will likely change the number of facilities on the results page. If you find that your answers are limiting your results or are providing too many, you can adjust the distance from the zip code you provided by moving the slide bar left or right.

Some of the questions have additional information about that topic. Click on the for more information.

The Match Score in the results reflects how closely the facility matches your selected preferences.
